Kepler terms of sale

The terms under which Kepler is sold and used: what a licence covers, how long it lasts, what happens when it ends, and what we answer for.

What you are buying

Kepler is sold as a licence to use it, for a duration and a number of bots chosen at purchase. Two plans exist:

self-hosted

, where the software runs on your own machine, and

hosted

, where we run your instance on our servers, exit address included. The licence transfers no ownership of the software: it allows its use for its duration.

Price, duration and renewal

The prices shown on the Pricing page are inclusive of all taxes. A licence runs from the moment it is issued and for the duration purchased. It does not renew itself: you buy again, whenever you want. At expiry the bots stop and your settings are kept; a hosted instance is suspended and then, failing a restart, erased after the notice period announced by email.

Delivery

The licence is delivered immediately after payment, in your customer area. A hosted instance is brought into service straight away. There is therefore no delivery delay to wait for.

Withdrawal and refund

The product is digital and delivered immediately. By buying, you request that immediate performance and waive your right of withdrawal on the part already performed, to the extent the applicable law allows it.

A free trial exists precisely so that you can judge before paying. If something does not work through our fault, write to us: we extend or refund case by case.

What Kepler is not

Kepler is an independent tool

, with no connection to Gameforge nor any endorsement from it. OGame and Gameforge are trademarks of their respective owners.

Automating an OGame account may be against the game's terms of use. The risk: warning, suspension or loss of the game account. It cannot give rise to any refund or compensation. Nor do we guarantee that the bot works after a change to the game: we fix it, but that takes time.

Your data

We keep the strict minimum needed for the service:

your email address and your purchases, for billing and support;

the game credentials, on a hosted instance only, encrypted at rest.

Nothing is resold or handed to a third party. You may ask for your account to be deleted at any time from your customer area or by email; deletion takes your instances with it.

Acceptable use

One account per person, and no reselling of our licences. Access to support may be suspended in case of obvious abuse. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a service.
